PRIVATE SESSIONS

A personal practice designed especially for you is the most effective way to approach many issues. These can vary from physical injuries and conditions to others relating to menopause, sleep, anxiety/depression, or can be an adjunct to a spiritual practice. In addition to focusing on your specific concerns and needs, it also takes into account your own schedule, lifestyle, work, preferences and environment.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A PRIVATE SESSION?

  • Initial evaluation and medical history (only in first session) or feedback about ongoing practice
  • Creating a practice that addresses your goals and fits into your already fully scheduled lifestyle
  • We go through the practice together, making sure it makes sense to you. (The initial practice generally is very short, so you can determine not only how it works for you, but how it fits into your life.)
  • You will take home a sheet with drawings of postures, instructions using your own words.

The follow-up sessions each will evaluate how the practice works, how to progress, adding in what’s needed and eliminating what isn’t.
